AI Senior ("we," "us") publishes free guides and paid digital products that help people use AI with more confidence. This page explains what information we collect through theaisenior.com, why, and what you can do about it. We tried to write it the way we'd explain it to a friend, not a lawyer.
What we collect
- Name and email address, only if you type them into one of our signup forms to request a free guide, or if you buy a paid guide or course through Stripe checkout.
- Which video or page sent you (an internal code like "P1" or "direct"), stored alongside your email so we know which free guide to send and which video worked. It never leaves our systems and is never a tracking cookie - it's a single hidden form field.
- Basic, anonymous site statistics (page requests, country, browser type) kept automatically by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, the same way almost every website's host does. We don't use this to identify you personally.
- Payment details, handled entirely by Stripe. When you buy a guide, you check out on a Stripe-hosted payment page. We never see, collect, or store your card number, expiry date, or security code - Stripe handles that and is itself a PCI-compliant payment processor used by millions of businesses. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, your email address, and the amount paid.
What we use it for
- To send you the free guide or paid product you asked for, and to deliver it again if you ever need a re-send.
- To send a short, practical follow-up email sequence about the topic you signed up for, through our email provider, MailerLite. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is immediate and permanent.
- To see, in aggregate, which videos and guides are actually helping people, so we can make more of what works.
What we never do
- We never sell, rent, or trade your email address or any personal information to anyone, for any reason.
- We don't show third-party ads on this site, and we don't share your information with ad networks or data brokers.
- We don't request or store sensitive information like Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or medical or financial account details. We have no reason to ask for these, and you should never need to give them to us.
Who else sees your information
We use a small number of outside companies to run this business, and each only sees what it needs to do its one job:
- MailerLite stores your name, email, and which guide/offer you signed up for, so it can send the emails above. See MailerLite's own privacy policy at mailerlite.com.
- Stripe processes payments and stores your payment details under its own security standards. See Stripe's own privacy policy at stripe.com.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and delivers the free-guide PDFs and course videos.
None of these companies are allowed to use your information for their own marketing - they only act on our instructions, as our service providers.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe any time using the link at the bottom of every email we send.
- Ask us to delete your information by emailing TheAISenior@gmail.com. We'll remove your name and email from our mailing list and records within a reasonable time, except where we're required to keep payment records for tax or accounting purposes.
- Ask what we have on file about you, the same way - just email us.
Children's privacy
AI Senior's guides and courses are written for adults, and this site is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in any meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
